Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing dhurandhar.com, creating an account, or downloading the Dhurandhar app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with Dhurandhar Markets Ltd (“Dhurandhar”, “we”, “us”), located at Level 14, Gate District Building 5, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services or install the apps. Trading involves risk — see our Risk Disclosure.

2. Services covered

“Services” include:

• Website and web trading / markets experience;
• Native iOS app available on the Apple App Store;
• Native Android app available on Google Play;
• Paper trading simulator, charts, tools, research, learning content and related support.

Live brokerage execution, if offered, may be provided through regulated partners. Additional partner terms may apply before live trading is enabled.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use trading features.
• You are responsible for accurate registration details and for keeping login credentials and devices secure.
• You may enable biometric unlock on supported iOS / Android devices; that feature is provided by the device OS.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, sanctions risk, or Terms violations.

4. Apple App Store & Google Play terms

Mobile distribution is also subject to the platform rules of Apple and Google:

• Apple: Your use of the iOS app must comply with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and App Store Review Guidelines, except where these Terms provide additional rights or clearer restrictions.
• Google: Your use of the Android app must comply with Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play Developer / user policies.
• Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Dhurandhar app, support, or content — except as required by their store agreements (e.g. refunds processed by the store for digital purchases).
• If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store or Google Play rules for digital goods, the store rules control for that conflict.

5. Licence to use the apps

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Dhurandhar mobile apps on devices you own or control, solely for personal or internal business use as permitted by Apple / Google licence rules (including Family Sharing where applicable on Apple).

You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the apps except as allowed by law;
• Circumvent security, rate limits or access controls;
• Use the Services for unlawful, manipulative or abusive trading activity;
• Scrape market data or overload our systems.

6. Paper trading & market data

• Paper trading uses virtual capital (e.g. $100,000) and demo prices. Results are not a guarantee of live performance.
• Market data may be delayed, incomplete or supplied by third parties (including charting providers). We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free data.
• Educational content and AI assistant replies are informational only — not investment advice.

7. Subscriptions, in-app purchases & billing

Some features may be offered as free, freemium, or paid subscriptions / one-time unlocks via:

• Apple App Store In-App Purchase / subscriptions; or
• Google Play Billing.

Prices, billing periods and free trials (if any) are shown in the store product page or in-app purchase sheet before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account. Manage, cancel or request refunds through Apple or Google account settings / support according to their policies. We do not store your full payment card details for store purchases.

Deposits for live trading accounts (if available) are separate from App Store / Play digital purchases and follow partner payment terms.

8. Push notifications & communications

With your permission, we may send push notifications (price alerts, security notices, product updates). You can disable them in iOS / Android Settings or in-app. Transactional emails (security, legal notices) may still be sent to your registered address.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data — including mobile app data for App Store and Google Play — is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Services you also acknowledge that policy.

10. Intellectual property

The Dhurandhar name, bull logo, neon brand system, software and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive no ownership rights except the limited licence above. Feedback you send may be used by us without obligation to you.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhurandhar Markets Ltd and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or trading losses arising from use of the Services — including reliance on paper-trading results or market data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100 — except where liability cannot be limited by law (including certain consumer rights).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE / DIFC or other mandatory consumer law applicable to you. Apple and Google have no warranty or maintenance obligation for the Dhurandhar app beyond what their store terms require.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dhurandhar from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

14. Suspension, updates & termination

• We may update, suspend or discontinue features, including via App Store / Play updates you install.
• You may stop using the Services and delete the apps at any time. Account deletion follows the process in the Privacy Policy.
• Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts / arbitration forums of the DIFC shall have jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
