All responses are JSON. Timestamps are ISO-8601 in UTC; desk UX displays GST.

Authentication

Pass Authorization: Bearer <api_key> on every request. Rotate keys from Settings → API.

Rate limits

120 requests / minute on REST. 5 concurrent WebSocket sessions per key. Burst headers: X-RateLimit-Remaining.
